Make sure your creative cuts through the clutter and that you have offers that are truly remarkable. In today’s world, a 10% discount is just not enough. You need a least 20% off your regular prices to make any kind of dent. We would recommend at least 40% off on merchandise to generate the kind of business you need. You don’t have to make that discount applicable on everything, just on most items. It’s amazing how customer traffic will feed on itself.
